The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use only under a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. You may use the App to read, view, and manage documents on your device, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
When using the App, you agree to act lawfully and responsibly. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App, use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes, transmit malware or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt the App’s functionality in any way. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
All documents and files accessed through the App remain entirely your property. Trusted PDF Tools does not claim ownership of your documents, does not access, view, or store your files, and does not upload your content to any server. All file processing occurs locally on your device. You are fully responsible for the content and management of your documents.
The App may include free features, paid subscriptions, and one-time in-app purchases. Prices are clearly displayed within the App before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play. All payments are processed securely using Google Play Billing, and refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policies. We do not collect, manage, or store any payment or financial information.
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. The content of these advertisements is controlled by the advertisers themselves, and Trusted PDF Tools is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party ad content. Any interaction with advertisements is entirely at your discretion.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all devices, or capable of meeting all user expectations. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted PDF Tools shall not be liable for any loss of data, documents, device damage, performance issues, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability, if applicable, is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for using the App.
